Solicitor | LL.B., B.Bus. (QUT)
Thea Davies joined Delaney & Delaney Solicitors in March 2006 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business, majoring in International Business, at the Queensland University of Technology. Thea completed her legal supervised traineeship with the firm under the supervision of Principal Solicitor, Fiona Kennedy, and was admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland in April 2007.
Thea is currently practicing in the areas of Family Law, Wills and Estates and Commercial Law.
The most interesting aspect of Thea's time with Delaney & Delaney has been her involvement in complex family law matters, which have included property and children's issues. She has been involved in urgent applications for the location and recovery of children and the preparation for the trial of division of matrimonial assets.
Thea provides a compassionate attitude to our clients' needs and contributes to Delaney & Delaney's strong commitment to practicing the law with integrity.
