Fees

In Queensland most firms charge by the hour. At Delaney & Delaney Solicitors we are also happy to provide a "fixed fee" quote for certain services and to be bound by that agreed fee. The policy behind this philosophy is to ensure that our clients know exactly how much their legal fees will be and when they are payable.
